Settler's Meadow Park

Settler's Meadow Park is located at 700 E. Wells Branch Parkway near the district office. This park offers ADA compliant picnic tables, a pavilion with restrooms, a butterfly garden, play scapes along with winding hike and bike trails.

Stoney Creek Park

Stoney Creek Park is located at 14401 Harris Ridge Blvd. in the Northtown Park subdivision. This park offers, ADA-compliant picnic tables, a soccer field, a multi-purpose field, fitness stations, hike and bike trails, dog parks, play scapes, a large pavilion with restrooms, sand volleyball court and a competition level disc golf course. This park is approximately 50 acres and also includes beautiful wet ponds and natural creek areas.

Meadow Pointe Park

Meadow Pointe pocket park is located off of Lampting Drive in the Meadow Pointe subdivision. This park has a beautiful natural pond along with hike and bike trails.

Wildflower Park
Wildflower Park offers a soccer field, hike and bike trails, fitness stations and a pavilion with restrooms. The Meadow Pointe and Wildflower Parks are connected by a beautiful hike and bike trail that meanders through the large greenbelt along a natural creek area.

Additional park areas along with hike and bike trails are being planned in the developing sections of the district.

Facilities in the Brookfield subdivision are owned and operated by the Brookfield HOA. These amenities include a beautiful pool and environment-friendly wet ponds that complement the natural aspects of the greenbelt areas. Access is restricted to HOA members and their guests only.

Park Rules

Park hours: Dawn to Dusk

  • No motorized vehicles.
  • No alcoholic beverages or glass containers.
  • Unless in the dog park ALL dogs must be on leash.
